Itinerary
Day 1: Day 1 - Arrival – Tarangire National Park
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where your personal safari guide will greet you and escort you to your luxury lodge near Tarangire National Park. After a short safari briefing, unwind at the lodge. Enjoy the surrounding views or take a guided nature walk. Accommodation: Tarangire Sopa Lodge / Tarangire Treetops Lodge Meals: Dinner
Day 2: Day 2 - Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, a hidden gem nestled beneath the Rift Valley escarpment. Explore diverse habitats, from lush groundwater forests to the alkaline lake that attracts thousands of flamingos. Spot baboons, hippos, and perhaps the rare tree-climbing lions. Day 3: Day 3 - Ngorongoro Crater – Departure
Begin your day early and head to the world-renowned Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the largest unbroken volcanic caldera on Earth for a full-day game drive. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and even leopards. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater. Later in the afternoon, return to Arusha for your onward journey or flight.
